Member Confirmation - Read Carefully

Before proceeding, you must actively confirm each of the following statements. Please read the full Terms & Conditions before confirming.

1. Eligibility Declaration: I confirm that I am not knowingly applying while terminally ill or suffering from a life-limiting condition.

2. Age-Based Rules: I understand that special rules and higher contributions apply if I am aged 60 or above, and acceptance is at the Committee's discretion.

3. Contribution Limits: I understand that funeral support may be limited to the amount I have contributed, depending on my age and length of membership.

4. Overseas Funeral Support: I understand that if I pass away outside the UK, the maximum funeral support available is £3,000, and no additional payments will be made.

5. Non-Refundable Payments: I understand that all subscriptions are non-refundable, even if I later leave the scheme.

6. Annual Payments: I accept responsibility for paying my annual subscription in January each year.

7. Committee Authority: I accept that all decisions made by the Official Running Committee are final and made in good faith for the sustainability of the scheme.

8. Accuracy of Information: I confirm that all information I provide is true and accurate, and I understand membership may be declined or voided if this is not the case.
