The Fife Islamic Funeral Committee is responsible for your personal data and is the data controller. We adhere strictly to the principles of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We ensure that your data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Given the nature of our service (funeral coverage), we generally retain membership records for the duration of your membership and for a period afterwards as required by law.
